EKF offers boxing classes for all levels and ages. We take a fundamentals-focused approach, working to give all students a solid and safe foundation. EKF students have competed and won in regional promotions, Golden Gloves, and international competition.

Muay Thai is a form of kickboxing from Thailand, famed for its devastating effectiveness and its success in mixed martial art competitions. Called "the art of eight limbs", Muay Thai incorporates knee and elbow strikes to crush opponents. Our Muay Thai classes are suitable for all levels* and provide a great kickboxing workout.

Sanda

Chinese Kickboxing

Sanda is a form of Chinese kickboxing, originally developed by the Chinese military in an effort to modernize traditional kung fu styles. In addition to providing a great base of kickboxing technique, Sanda also incorporates throws and trips. Sanda classes at EKF provide a fun and fast-paced workout, and an opportunity to both build and round out martial arts skillsets for students of all levels.

Wushu

Chinese Kungfu

Wushu is a style of Chinese kung fu that emphasizes training the body to perform difficult movements with style and grace. You may be familiar with wushu, as the style has featured prominently in action movies over the last several decades! All EKF wushu students receive an initial foundation of traditionally rooted kung fu fundamentals, progressing into full fledged wushu forms, and eventually a variety of regional styles and weapons.

Our class cater to all levels, whether you are a beginner, someone looking to build their game and compete, or you want to strengthen your grappling skills for MMA.

Come get your butt kicked in our very special EKF-style circuit training fitness class! Eliminator combines elements of a fast-paced kickboxing class, interval training, agility, and weightlifting to make just about the best workout you can get. The exercises are tailored to you, which means whatever your level, this class should have you sweaty and feeling that nice burning sensation that let's you know that you're alive.
