


Kung Fu and Kickboxing are taught in different classes to kids and teenagers ages 5 to 15.
Children will increase coordination and flexibility by practicing the artistic and fluid movements found in Kung Fu. They will learn punching and kicking drills and also important self-defense techniques. Students will receive instruction for their appropriate level, from beginner to advanced.
Additionally, they will learn basic Boxing techniques such as the jab and cross and bobbing and weaving. They will learn how to work with focus mitts, speed bags, and heavy bags. Children will be taught age-appropriate strength training exercises, and they will work on agility with jump ropes and obstacle courses.
All of these activities will be taught in a disciplined and dynamic environment. Your child will stay very active while gaining life-changing skills.
